Jose Rivera is the Vice President of Business Solutions for Global Dynamic Consulting. He oversees our group focused on Systems Implementation, where he provides systems advisory service for government contractors and private sectors for assuring system compliance. He has extensive experience in job cost, budgeting and accounting departments in various roles at several large government contractors. This experience inspired an interest in ERP systems and the opportunity to optimize organizational process improvements.

He has over 15 years of systems configurations, implementations and conversions, and is fully knowledgeable within Deltek Costpoint, Time & Expense, and other ERP systems. His industry experience and hands-on methodology allow him to deliver complex project results on time and on budget, capitalizing upon his extensive knowledge around requirements, processes and system functionality. Jose's experience in troubleshooting Deltek suite applications from both cross-functional and technical expertise allows him to assist end-users to better understand the products and assist in providing business process improvement
