VP, Contract Management Group
David Blaha is the Vice President of GDC’s Contracts Management Group (CMG). Based out of Raleigh, NC, David joined the GDC team in the fall of 2016. He brings over 25 years of contract management & administration, proposal management & coordination and small business operations experience to GDC and our clients. Working for small business government contractors most of his career, David has first- hand experience helping companies establish and achieve strategic goals while navigating through the ever-changing environment of contract compliance and regulations.
David is a hands-on VP who supports all aspects of full service, life-cycle contracts and proposal management. He is a firm proponent of the Contracts team providing support and counsel to all areas of an organization to include Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, Operations and Senior Leadership. David has extensive experience coordinating proposal responses, in particular, price proposal submissions. As a seasoned contracts professional, he also can offer valuable insight, collaboration and financial analysis to Operations and Program Managers as well as company Senior Leadership.
David is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
