Robert is based in Raleigh, North
Carolina and has more than 10 years of progressive accounting and finance
experience with extensive experience in merger and acquisition due diligence
and advisory services. He served as Manager
of Transaction Advisory Groups at Dixon Hughes, PLLC and Cherry, Bekaert &
Holland, LLP. Robert specializes in
transaction due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, confidential financing
and transaction memorandums and interim financial, systems and management services.
His industry
experience includes engineering, manufacturing, technology, construction, and
government contracting within the base operations, training and logistics lines
of business.
Robert focuses
his practice in providing consulting, financial and strategic advisory services
in the areas of transaction services including due diligence, financial
modeling, data room preparation and post transaction transition and integration
with proven experience in buy-side and sell-side transaction services for both
financial and strategic buyers in the middle market; ranging from $5 to $150
million in transaction value.
Robert also has prepared
confidential financing memorandums, built quantitative forecasts and projections,
analyzed existing backlogs, reconstructed incomplete backlogs, performed extensive
contract and risk analysis and performed various financial and strategic
planning project services.
Robert received his bachelor of
science in Finance from Fairfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant as
issued by the State of New York.
