We are seeking individuals to join our growing consulting practice to advise clients in indirect rate strategies, FAR and CAS issues, accounting system compliance, DCAA and DCMA audit and review preparation, proposal development and pricing, contract administration, policies and procedures and close-outs for a wide range of government contract types. Our firm hosts an excellent consulting team and offers a dynamic and flexible working environment.
Successful candidates must be self motivated, driven by an interest in continuous learning and improvement, able to work with minimal supervision, and possess strong interpersonal skill and ability to interact at all levels within client organizations. Strong verbal and writing skills are required.
Position Requirements:
- 4 yr Degree
- Solid understanding of FAR and CAS
- Strong, practical understanding of contract clauses and industry practices for government contracting
- Experience in proposal development and pricing, preferably for services contracts
- Accounting system acumen preferably with Deltek Costpoint, GCS Premier or other job cost based systems
- CPA and/or MBA a plus
- Prior consulting or public accounting experience a plus
